Transport Minister announces new air service Inverness-Birmingham at Routes 2003

Scottish Transport Minister Nicol Stephen revealed a new air route for the Scottish Highlands last night (Sunday 7 September) during the launch of the 9th World Route Development Forum in Edinburgh. He announced that Eastern Airways would launch a twice-daily service between Birmingham and Inverness in October.
