Highlands and Islands Airports is advising passengers at its airports to travel as normal as it does not expect there to be any impact on scheduled flights.
A spokesman for HIAL said: "HIAL's advice to passengers is that they should continue to use our airports as normal.
"The airlines have their own contingency plans in place with their fuel suppliers. HIAL has contingency in plans in place to ensure that its operational staff can attend work and has sufficient fuel supplies in place for all its operational vehicle requirements."
