Inverness Airport Master Plan

The Inverness Airport Master Plan sets out our vision for how projected growth can be accommodated at the region's largest airport over the next 25 years.

Inverness Airport is a strategically significant gateway for the region and is a major economic driver for the Inner Moray Firth and wider Highland areas. Its future growth will play a vital role in making our region an attractive place in which to live, work and invest. Growth in air connectivity, both domestic and international, will also contribute towards sustainable communities and economic development.

The airport's draft master plan was made available for public consultation in December 2006 and this consultation closed on 19 January 2007.

The finalised master plan was published in August 2007 and is available to view and download from this page.
