Shopping at Inverness Airport
In 2002, Inverness was the first airport to achieve Hospitality Assured accreditation from the Hotel and Catering International Management Association. Our customer service promise is to put people at the heart of our business and to provide friendly and professional service in a calm and safe environment.
Inverness Airport terminal is open from 05:00 - 22:00 Monday to Saturday, closing at 17:30 on Saturdays. On Sundays the terminal is open from 10:00 closing at 22:00.
D'Lish Restaurant and Bar

Segafredo Cafe
This light and airey cafe is situated within the main concourse of the terminal building and serves a selection of salads, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and refreshments.

The Jail
This new retail outlet showcases the great shopping experience offered by The Jail in Dornoch including selections from their popular ranges; country and smart casual clothing for men and woman including Barbour, Johnston's of Elgin, Ness, Avoca and their own labe "Highland Tweeds".
For the children, a select range of clothing from new born to 6 years old is on offer as well as a range of gifts including teddy bears, hand puppets and educational toys. There is also a range of jewellry available including beautiful silver and gold pieces from the renowned Aurora and Sheila Fleet. The shop also has a selected range of arts and ceramics, accessories, shoes and handbags and toiletries.
Highland Lounge - Book Online
A warm Highland Welcome awaits passengers in Servisair's modern and comfortable executive lounge at Inverness Airport.
Relax in a bright and comfortable environment with a superb view over the airfield before boarding your flight.
All the extras you would normally expect within an executive lounge are available including comfortable leather seating, complimentary newspapers, unlimited freshly brewed tea and coffee and a well stock complimentary bar.
To ensure you can always stay connected, the lounge provides all the facilities you need including WiFi internet access and power points for your laptop. The lounge also has disabled access.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the lounge unless travelling as a business class passenger and accompanied by an 18 year old.

Facilities at Inverness Airport
Toilets
Toilet facilities including wheelchair access are available in both the main concourse and the departure lounge. In the main concourse you will also find a comfortable and well equipped parenting room as well as a first aid room which is accessible by contacting the Information Desk in the terminal building.
Chapel
There is a multi-denominational chapel available to all passengers and staff for practical or spiritual help, whatever your beliefs and if requested will pray with you or for you at any time.

Lost Property
We hope you never lose any possessions whilst at our airport but the following information is designed to be of assistance to you in case you do.
The security control staff handle lost property on behalf of Inverness Airport. Please note, this is for property lost or found at the airport only. Passengers who have lost or found property onboard an aircraft should contact the relevant airline directly. Please also note that property will be held for a period of 3 months. Items not collected after this time will be disposed of or sold at auction for charity.

Departure Lounge
Situated within the departure lounge at Inverness Airport there is a cafe, bar and snack facilities for passengers waiting to board your flights. There is also our new and exclusive whisky outlet, The Fly Nip where passengers can purchase some of the best malt whiskies in the world - make sure you leave time for a browse before you fly.
Facilities within the departure lounge include:
