Airport Accessibility
As a customer service oriented organisation, we are committed to ensuring your experience at the airport is as easy as possible.
If you require special assistance for your journey through Inverness Airport it is advisable to make arrangements prior to your arrival. This can be done by either:
- Contacting Dalcross Handling to arrange any special assistance you may require travelling through Inverness airport as an arriving or departing passenger - telephone 01667 464120 or 01667 462121.
If you have not contacted us in advance of arriving at the airport please contact either the Duty Supervisor on telephone number 07985 187095, or the Airport Information Desk on 01667 464000 for assistance.
Parking
Drivers with reduced mobility may use the designated disabled parking spaces in the short stay car parks. Help is available for passengers who require assistance from vehicle to terminal. Please press the call button at the entrance barrier and our staff will attend your vehicle.
When parking in the designated parking spaces, drivers should ensure that their vehicles display the appropriate sticker on their windscreen to identify them as drivers with special needs.

- Disabled Parking Bays are situated in the Short Stay Car Park.
