HIAL's management structure has developed over time in order to achieve the company's operational, financial, manpower and marketing targets. The company's senior management team is responsible for implementing strategy and the day to day operation of the company.

Close working relationships are encouraged throughout the organisation and there is daily contact between the airports and head office from where support functions are provided.

Senior managers meet on a monthly basis to review the previous period and to discuss and agree tactics which achieve Board strategies.
