Lynne Clow – Non-Executive Director
Lynne has worked and lived overseas and currently splits her time between Ullapool and Inverbervie. She has historical family connections to the Western Isles and Highlands.
After graduating from Strathclyde University, she built a career in the financial sector. Lynne worked for Standard Life before moving to Deutsche Bank. It was at Deutsche Bank that Lynne built her experience within the HR profession. She then moved into industries including manufacturing and oil and gas. Her current role is as Senior Vice President, HR and Shared Services for Deutag, an Oil and Gas company.
Lynne has significant experience across both HR and management. She is a Non-Executive of the Scottish Prison Service, a Non-Executive Director of Ithaca Energy PLC, and a chairing member of the Children’s Panel.
