Whilst HIAL values the use of AI and recognises that it can be useful in the preparation of your application and interview process, however, we want to find out about you, the candidate. Your application should represent your skills and personal experiences accurately and authentically, so the recruiting manager and panel can assess how your experiences and skills align to HIAL’s values and the skills and experiences that are required to perform well in the advertised role. We want to hear the candidates story, whether that be experiences in the workplace, school, college, through volunteering and or sport, we want to know about you in your words.

Pension
We offer different pension benefits across the HIAL Group with generous company contributions, depending upon the role you are employed in.
Security (AMSL)
If eligible, you will automatically be enrolled in the Peoples Pension Scheme and will make a pension contribution of 4% of salary. The company make a 5% contribution. The People’s Pension is a salary sacrifice scheme.

DAL employees
You will automatically be enrolled in the Local Government Pension scheme administered by the Tayside Pension Fund.

All other HIAL employees
The company has two different pension options in place:
You will automatically be enrolled in the Peoples Pension Scheme and will make a pension contribution of 4% of salary. The company make a 5% contribution. The People’s Pension is a salary sacrifice scheme.
After 3 months service you will be eligible to join the HIAL Pension Scheme. This is a defined benefits scheme based on career average earnings. You contribute 7% of salary and a contribution is made by the company.
