Complete our survey for a chance to win

Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) is asking passengers who use any of its 11 airports to complete an online survey. Entrants will have the option to be entered into a draw for Loganair flights.

The responses will help HIAL understand how people use its airports and to identify where improvements can be made to the services and facilities currently provided.

The survey, which will run throughout October, will also offer the chance for participants to be entered into a draw for a flight for two on the Loganair network.

The survey will include questions on the following areas:

  • Demographics of people who use HIAL airports, such as the areas where they live and their age group;
  • Flying habits and preferences – including how often they use the airport and which flights they use;
  • The current customer experience of the services and facilities provided at the airports and if there are any they would like to be introduced;
  • How people travel to and from the airport and why particular modes of transport are selected.

HIAL airports are located at Barra, Benbecula, Campbeltown, Dundee, Inverness, Islay, Kirkwall, Sumburgh, Stornoway, Tiree and Wick John O’Groats. Paper versions of the survey will be made available at each airport for any customer who does not have internet access or wishes to complete a hard copy. We've also produced a Q&A about the survey.

Darren MacLeod, Chief Operating Officer at HIAL said, “The customer survey is a great opportunity for anyone using our airports to provide us with a better understanding of their experience at our airports, and I would encourage as many people to participate as possible.”

The survey can be completed online here or by scanning the QR code below:

At the end of the survey you will be asked to confirm if you wish to be entered into the draw for a return flight for two on the Loganair network. If you agree to this, you will need to provide contact details. These will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice and the draw is also subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
