Getting Here
Inverness Airport is approximately nine miles northeast of Inverness. By road, access to the A96 is provided via the Inverness Airport Way.
Bus
The number 1 and number 13 buses run by Stagecoach provide regular direct services between Inverness Airport terminal and Inverness city centre. Join the service at the bus station which is located a short walk from Inverness Railway Station. The buses are designed to be accessible for all passengers with low floor, easy access for a limited number of wheelchairs, approved mobility scooters and unfolded buggies. Priority seating is available on these services and passengers can obtain a Journey Assistance Card if they need support when boarding the buses. Contactless payment is available and luggage racks are also in place to offer secure, easy travel. Please note there is a reduced bus service operating on Sundays. Stagecoach also operates some services which stop at the railway station but do not continue to the terminal building. The number 1 bus is the most direct service to and from the airport. The number 13 bus also runs through the airport and travels via Croy.

Train
Train services between Inverness Railway Station in the city centre and Inverness Airport Railway Station are available on the Aberdeen route with a journey time of approximately 11 minutes. To reach the airport terminal from Inverness Airport Railway Station, it is a walk of approximately 20 minutes. Simply follow the directional signs to locate the pathway around the perimeter of the airfield. The pathway is well lit but is uncovered so please take care in adverse weather.
